Friday 55: Stalker

There's a tiger in my house.
I don't know where he came from.
He looks at me like I know what he wants.
I gave him my Cheerios.
He doesn't look satisfied.

The dog is no help.

I liked it better when my muse was a leopard--
more hider than chaser.
This tiger's story wants writing!

  1. ha. a hider and chaser as opposed to just hunting you down, but hey, those are the fun stories to write...when they wont go away....

  2. Feed the tiger some more ~ Have fun writing those stories ~ Smiles ~

  3. Interesting. The tiger is more fierce and that might be really helpful if only you control it to your own whims. :-)

  4. Interesting indeed, cheerios? ~ perhaps he already ate breakfast ;-) Enjoyed this - thank you Nara.

  5. Cheerios? ... chocolate is the secret satisfier! :)

  6. Oh, I'm glad my muse is a light. :) The tiger would terrify me (or I'd have to stock up on some seriously huge steaks). What a marvelous 55, Nara!

  7. Nara Malone...
I just love your predatory feline ways.
And thank you for supporting other writers tonight.
    Loved your splendidly creative 55
You are a treasure to us all.
    Have a Kick Ass Week-End

  8. The dog is no help. Ha! Fun write, Nara ~ M

  9. No, I don't think Cheerios will do the trick, not even to cheer him up! I like the sound of this one - a great 55!

  10. Whimsical, but also some underlying seriousness coming through softly. Great 55!

  11. Hahaha - great! But no Cheerios? Go figure...

  12. Those muses certainly do demand our attention! I can't believe the Cheerios don't calm him.

  13. When it comes to WIPs, it's best to let the tigers have their way.

  14. Astonishing word play.

I think he is just a pussycat that wants to play. Proof:

  15. That line about the Cheerios just cracked me up! This was lots of fun. Do you do these graphics? I like them so much!

    1. Hi, Lydia. Thanks for dropping in. Yes, I do the graphics. It's photography of 3D settings and characters in a virtual world. They may not be real but they move around, turn their heads away, shut their eyes just as the shutter snaps, and make royal nuisances of themselves just like living models do :)
